TACFA ANNOUNCES ITS 2012 PRODUCTION
Members of the Tustin Area Council for Fine Arts (TACFA) announced on Monday that the acclaimed Rodgers and Hammerstein musical South Pacific will be the featured show this summer in Peppertree Park. TACFA, in association with Theatrical Productions, Inc., will be presenting the 12th annual Broadway in the Park on August 21-25. (Click here to see photos from the Reveal Party!)
TACFA’s signature program, Broadway in the Park (BITP) is perfectly aligned with the Council’s mission to develop, showcase and support the arts within the greater Tustin area.
BITP is a first class musical production with a professional cast that offers affordable Broadway musical theater to people who live in the city and nearby communities. This popular event has a large and enthusiastic audience every night of its five-night run. And low-ticket prices ensure that everyone can afford to attend.
BITP is promoted extensively throughout the area, and has received broad coverage in local newspapers, bringing recognition and esteem to TACFA partners, sponsors and donors.

Summer 2011 production of OLIVER! August 16-20
The 2011 production, Oliver!, was staged in Old Town Tustin’s Peppertree Park August 16-20, 2011. Non-profit community groups and two local restaurants had food and drink for sale on the premises, and patrons could purchase dinner and snacks at the park or bring their own picnic.
